Michael J. Schmalz, M.D.
Dr. Mike Schmalz specializes in the treatment of infants, children and adolescents experiencing gastrointestinal diseases. Dr. Schmalz has been with IPN since 2020. He received his medical degree from The Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin, Ireland. After completing residency at Homer Stryker MD School of Medicine in Michigan, Dr. Schmalz went on to complete his fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology at The Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. He has also earned his Master of Public Health at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He is on the Board of Directors for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation.
