IPN was founded by a group of doctors who aspired to provide a higher level of medical care for their patients. We follow our mission to develop, enhance and protect the capability of our members to maintain a quality practice; providing their patients with optimum care.

Over the past twenty years, IPN has striven to achieve this by providing services which enable independent physicians to offer high-quality healthcare at an effective cost to their patients.

IPN’s approach to Utilization Management provides an essential stabilizing factor to independent member physicians. Through its timely and accurate information, educational resources, guidance and support, IPN recognizes the importance of helping independent physicians to navigate compliance and regulatory issues.

At IPN, we work closely with our medical directors, clinical team and committees providing support for each of its member physicians, including:

• Inpatient and outpatient authorization services
• Concurrent review
• Discharge planning
• Chart review
• Disease management
