IPN Provider Update

To update the providers (that can be found in the search) upload or FTP the csv file to the following directory location:
/var/www/html/wp-content/ipncsv/

The file must be called “lookup.csv”
Use this example when setting up the file.

NOTES:

  • A cron job is scheduled to run at 9:00 AM every morning to import the data of the file with this name that is located in the ipncsv directory. There is a Run Now option from the WordPress backend, Tools>>Cron Events.
  • Although, there are some built-in features with the WordPress (WP) theme to update individual provider information. It was decided that all data should come from one source (IPN’s databases), and that it would get confusing if the WP data would be needed to reverse-populate back into IPN’s db. Therefore, profiles are not to be directly updated on the website, and only updated via CSV import.
